Mr. Shubham Gupta

Mr. Shubham Gupta is an Advocate at Delhi High Court. known for his commitment to legal excellence and ethical practice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Sharda University and completed his LL.B. from Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Since establishing his independent practice in 2022, Mr. Gupta has been actively engaged in a wide spectrum of litigation and currently heads the firm’s Criminal and Civil Litigation practice. His core areas of expertise include Criminal Law, Civil Disputes, Matrimonial Matters, and cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Mr. Gupta has had the privilege of representing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as Associate Counsel before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, further strengthening his experience in high-stakes litigation. With a client-centric approach and a strong command over courtroom strategy, Mr. Gupta continues to build A&S JurisCorp as a trusted name in litigation across various legal domain.

Ms. Aarushi Raj

Advocate Aarushi Raj, the founding partner of A&S Juris Corp, is a dedicated legal professional known for her strategic insight and a refined approach to litigation. A law graduate from the prestigious Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (GGSIPU), she has been enrolled with the Bar Council since 2022. Aarushi brings a compelling blend of academic excellence and practical advocacy to every matter she undertakes. Her practice focuses on matrimonial and family disputes, civil and consumer litigation, cheque bounce matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
